Sonic Design : Task 1 - Sound Fundamentals

 Exercise 1

In Exercise 1, we primarily focus on perceiving sound variations and using the AU equalizer to adjust the practice audio so it more closely matches the standard example.

Exercise 2

In this exercise, I need to create six different spatial/device effects from the same dry audio using a parametric equalizer and reverb.

The following are the various audio effects I have adjusted using the effects processor.

Exercise 3
Due to illness requiring me to take leave during the third week, I missed the Tuesday class. Therefore, I chose to watch the course recording on MYtimes. From the recording, I learned that two exercises were required in the course: one involved designing the sound of a jet entering the frame from the left, flying toward the right, and gradually receding into the distance; the other required creating sound effects of a person speaking while moving into a cave and gradually fading away.

The second tuning method: adjust within the track's extended compound audio effects interface.
